The response I recieved was:

Unfortunately, as of this moment no tech support person has contacted me. Nor will, I'm guessing, considering that today is a holiday. Guess no GW until tomorrow ...

Confirmed. Everything appears to be in order now. No response was ever provided as to why this might've happened, perhaps it was just a server-side error. Who knows, I'm not complaining. Good gaming everyone!

Exclamation More Info

I had the same problem and called Technical Support. It is a Node problem and they are trying to isolate the issue.

They need people who have submitted tickets to run the utility above and send it back to [email protected] so they may be able to isolate it. They are in the middle of a shift change so it may take a few more hours before it is corrected.

This may be the issue:
I have 3 accounts, some characters are able to login the game and some can not. Why? Evidently, some of my characters are stored on east coast servers and can access it just fine. The problem is the others are stored on west coast servers and can not get past a node/nodes.

Anyone getting this Code=005 today?

I'm getting the error while going to and inside the Urgoz's Warren zone. Anyhow, I submitted a support ticket to log the incident.
